What to tell us when you make contact
Give the full postcode and a clear landmark or street name. If you are near Clapham Common, specify which side of the Common or which station area. Tell us whether the car is at home, in a car park, or stopped at the roadside.
- Vehicle make and model, and registration if available.
- Tyre size from the sidewall if you can read it safely.
- Whether the tyre is flat, visibly damaged, or losing pressure.
- Whether a usable spare and the locking wheel nut key are present.
If you are on a motorway or in a dangerous position, follow appropriate roadside safety guidance and seek emergency assistance as needed. Do not inspect the wheel where it is unsafe.
